- Washing Instructions Down pillows and comforters can be washed as long as they are dried very thoroughly! It is the drying that is the most important part. Dry completely until there are no clumps and then dry some more!! The down product should be as puffy as the day you bought it.

For over 20 years, Susan Fowler has been specializing in providing the very best in down comforters, goose down pillows and bedroom linens.

The highlight of Down to Basics™ is our patented diamond design Diagon™ Down Comforter which combined with the adapted duvet cover holds the comforter securely in place creating spectacular lofts that will not shift.

Our Patented Design
We have solved the problem of the messy shifting comforters inside the duvet covers. With our patented Diagon® design, any cover can be adapted for our "tie-down" system. The ties hold the cover in place and create lofty, luxurious puffs.
All of our patented Diagon® design comforters have tabs at the corners of the diamonds to tie ties that come through the adapted duvet cover and hold the duvet cover and comforter together. When you push down on the ties, the comforter "PUFFS" creating a very luxurious look! Any cover can be adapted to fit our comforters.
Our custom sewing options range in price and options. We can adapt duvet covers, yours or ours, with our patented Diagon comforter. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and pricing.
